OpsWright Group LLC ("OpsWright," "we," or "us") operates opswrightgroup.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We keep this short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to privacy@opswrightgroup.com and we will answer plainly.
Information you give us
The only information we ask you for is what you enter in our contact form: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, your company's approximate size, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation.
You may also reach us by phone or email without using the form, in which case we have whatever you choose to share in that message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site collects some technical information automatically when you visit. That may include your internet protocol address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the site or search that referred you.
This site is built and hosted on Wix. Wix sets cookies necessary for the site to function and provides us with aggregate traffic analytics. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the site is used. We use this information to understand what parts of the site are useful and to keep the site working, not to identify individual visitors.

What we do with it
We use the information you give us for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and to have a conversation about whether OpsWright is a fit for your company. If that conversation leads to an engagement, we use your contact information to conduct that work.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose it for anyone else's marketing purposes.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us. If we ever offer an email newsletter or similar, subscribing to it will be a separate and explicit choice.
Who else can see it
Wix. Our website host. Form submissions are stored in the Wix platform and a notification is sent to our company email. Wix processes this information on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy terms.
Our email and business systems. Standard business tools we use to correspond with you and manage our work.
Specialists working on an engagement. If you become a client and the work requires specialists from our network, they receive only what is necessary to do that work and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Where the law requires it. If we are legally compelled to disclose information, we will.
Before any substantive discussion of your company's operations, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement. That agreement, not this policy, governs the confidential information exchanged during an engagement.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward, in case the conversation resumes. Client records are kept as long as the engagement and our ordinary business and legal obligations require.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices
Write to privacy@opswrightgroup.com and you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. We will respond within a reasonable time and we will not make you justify the request.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including the security controls provided by the platforms we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
